All rooms are vacuumed, skirting boards and picture rails dusted. Furniture polished or damp dusted according to customer requests. Furniture moved where possible, mirrors cleaned. Waste bins emptied and liners replaced.
Kitchen
All work surfaces, fronts of units, white goods, cooker top, cooker hood and sink unit cleaned. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Waste bins emptied and liners replaced.
Bathroom
Bath, shower and hand basin cleaned. WC sanitized. Waste pipes and pedestal cleaned. Tiled areas around bath and sinks cleaned. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Waste bins emptied and liners replaced.
We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. We do not use bleach unless requested by you the customer. We do not tidy up as we come to clean although small items we would pick up and place on a chair or bed.
We do provide extra cleaning services such as Spring – cleans, Oven cleans, Blinds, Internal windows and patio doors. An extra charge is made for these services and advance notification is required.

We will remove all labels from bathroom, windows, toilets and kitchen.

Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. cupboards inside and out.
Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. surfaces and wooden works.
Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.
Make sure all the property is dust free.
