• Are you insured?

Yes. We have public liability insurance. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damage to your property caused by a member of our staff up to a value of £1 million.

• Will I have the same cleaners each visit?

Yes as we know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

• How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

We require payment on the day of the clean. We can accept payments by cheque, cash or standing order.

• Do I need to be home on the day of the clean?

We leave this down to you. All keys we hold are tagged by us so they will not match up with any paperwork we hold. They are kept in a safe and only come out on the day of the clean.

• Do I need to leave any cleaning equipment?

No. We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless there is something specific you would like us to use.

• Do you provide any additional cleaning service?

Yes. Spring cleans, oven cleans, blinds internal windows and patio doors. An extra charge is made for these services and advance notification is required.
